I build the cultural identity of the places I’m in.

Not the logo. Not the brand guidelines.

The deeper thing: how a space feels when you walk through the door.

What stories it tells about itself.

What it attracts and what it keeps.

The invisible architecture that makes a community magnetic or forgettable.

At Emerge Lakefront in Stockholm, I do this daily. I sit on the governance board. I shape the narrative, the programming, the partnerships, and the rhythms of a community of 30+ residents working at the intersection of inner development and systems change.

What this looks in practice…

Designed and produced The Elephant, an original monthly salon format now in its regular run. Created Art as a Verb, a six-week creative recovery programme bridging The Artist’s Way with Inner Development Goals. Built and redesigned the sociocracy governance system across eight circles. Co-authored the community manifesto and cultural narrative. Secured a €25,000 creative partnership with Antetag, the community’s largest external collaboration. Produced and filed the TEDxLakefront application, assembling the full team and designing a weekend model with multiple revenue streams. Coordinate with PR and brand agencies as the internal creative bridge. Identified and mapped EU grant opportunities across multiple funding bodies. Onboarded new residents and shaped the culture of how people arrive, settle, and belong.

Before Lakefront, I was a Steward at Traditional Dream Factory in Portugal, a regenerative community where the product is culture and the mission is regeneration. I ran daily operations, designed guest experiences, and held the space between vision and logistics.
I’ve also self-produced a TEDx speaking tour across eight European countries, managing venues, partnerships, promotion, and production at every stop.

The thread through all of it: I walk into a space, sense what’s missing, and create the conditions for it to come alive. Then I build the systems so it stays alive after the first spark fades.

If you’re building a community, a venue, a cultural programme, or an organisation that needs to feel like something — I can help.
