CREATIVITY

EXPERTISE

I believe the most powerful technology for transformation is a room full of people who feel safe enough to be honest.

My work is designing that room.

ABOUT

I believe the most powerful technology for transformation is a room full of people who feel safe enough to be honest. My work is designing that room.

Every experience I create starts from the same place: what does this group need to feel in order to go somewhere they couldn’t go alone? Then I build the container. The format, the rhythm, the questions, the physical space, the moment of arrival, the way it ends. None of it is accidental. All of it is designed to make something real happen between people.

THE ELEPHANT

A monthly gathering at Emerge Lakefront where we practice the art of being together with what’s uncomfortable, alive, and unresolved. Each edition opens with a blindfolded deconstruction: participants enter without seeing, guided only by sound and touch, so they arrive stripped of assumptions. Then we work with the body — physically positioning ourselves in relation to ideas, moving through the room as a way of thinking. Curiosity is the only currency. No panels. No experts. Just what’s actually in the room.

Past themes: collective grief, the politics of belonging, what we owe each other, the future of intimacy.
