The Artist's Way

&

IDGs

A six-week creative recovery for the people building what's next.

You used to make things.

Maybe not paintings or poems. Maybe spreadsheets that felt like jazz, or strategies that felt like spells. Maybe a company, a movement, a meal, a Saturday morning that surprised you. You used to live in your own attention.

Then somewhere , between the funding round, the carbon target, the fifth restructure, the third heartbreak ,creativity got filed under for artists. And you got strategy, optimization, frameworks, KPIs.

You're good at all of it. You're just quietly bored. Or quietly tired. Or quietly suspicious that the next move isn't strategic at all.

This is for that quiet.

The premise

Creativity isn't a talent. It's a consequence. Of how you pay attention. Of how much room you give yourself to be wrong. Of whether you've remembered how to play without checking the metrics.

The people changing systems, building companies, holding communities — you need creativity more than anyone. Not as a hobby. As an organ.

So we're going to recover it. Not with bigger journals and aesthetic morning routines. With the most enduring creative recovery framework ever written — Julia Cameron's The Artist's Way — woven through the Inner Development Goals: the 23 inner skills humanity needs to meet the moment we're in.

It's the most honest creativity work you can do and the most strategic. They're the same thing. They were always the same thing.

Creative consistency

Six weekly live calls. The container that makes the practice stick.

A well to drink from

Pre-recorded teachings for each week, yours to keep.

❋ The spine

The IDG framework woven into every week, mapped to specific inner skills humanity needs now.

❋ The room

Eleven other humans on the same path. Small enough to be seen. Honest enough to matter.

It's about you, for you

Two 1:1 coaching sessions where your actual life and creative edge get the spotlight.

Daily practice that trips you into creativity

Morning pages, artist's dates, micro-rituals that make creativity a verb again.

Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life.

Week 1 - PERMISSION

IDGs: Inner Compass · Self-awareness

Recovering a sense of safety around creativity. Why it got buried, and what it costs us when we operate without it.

Week 2 - ATTENTION

IDGs: Presence · Openness and Learning Mindset

The Artist's Way cornerstone: morning pages as daily practice. Training the muscle of noticing before producing.

Week 3- PLAY

IDGs: Creativity · Courage

Working with what's hard. Turning blocks into material. The Traumaland to Compostland frame for composting what doesn't yet serve.

Week 4 - VOICE

IDGs: Authenticity & Integrity · Comms Skills

Creativity as a verb, not an identity. Artist's dates. Lowering the stakes enough to actually move.

Saying the true thing in your work, your life, your leadership. The IDG of integrity meets the artist's discipline of honesty.

Week 6- Re-emergence

IDGs: Critical Thinking · Complexity Awareness · Long-term Orientation

Integration. What you take back into your life, your work, your systems. Sustaining the practice past the cohort.

Week 5- COMPOST

IDGs: Co-creation Skills · Mobilization · Perseverance

This is for you if,,,

This is for that quiet — if it's yours

✺ You used to feel creative and somewhere along the way, lost the thread.

✺ You're successful by every external measure and quietly suspect you've optimized away something essential.

✺ You sense your next edge isn't another framework, another sprint, another course — it's a different quality of attention.

✺ You work in systems, impact, entrepreneurship, or anywhere change is the job — and you're tired of pretending it's only strategy.

✺ You're ready to pay attention differently. And a little bit afraid of what you'll find when you do.

This isn't for you if you want a hack, a content calendar, or a faster way to monetize your hobby. There are better courses for that.

“Every detail was thoughtfully executed. We're thrilled with the outcome.”

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. Many participants are returning to the work for a second or third pass. The cohort container deepens it, and the IDG weave is genuinely new material.

  • Online via Zoom. All calls are recorded and shared with cohort members within 24 hours.

  • No. This is creative facilitation. I'm not a therapist, and we'll go places that ask things of you — but the container is creative, not clinical. If you need therapeutic support, please prioritize that alongside or instead.

  • Monday, June 9, 2026.

  • Recordings are sent within 24 hours. The private cohort space stays active throughout — many of the best conversations happen between sessions.

  • No. If anything, the people who think they aren't tend to get the most out of this.

  • People looking for a productivity hack, a content-creation course, or a quick certification. This is slower, deeper, and more honest than that.cription

  • The easiest way is email —hellodaramorgana@gmail.com
I read everything and reply within a few days (usually faster). If you have questions before signing up, want to talk about whether this cohort is right for you, or need a payment plan that's not on the page — just write.

You can also find me on Instagram @daramorgana and on Substack at The Elephant.

  • A sliding scale with three tiers, because economic realities are different and the work matters too much to gatekeep.

Supported — €250 for those who genuinely need accessibility ✺ Standard — €400 for those who can pay the actual cost ✺ Abundant — €550 for those who want to subsidize someone else and receive a little extra (an additional 1:1 session and a handwritten postcard)

When you choose Standard or Abundant, you're holding the door open for someone who couldn't otherwise be in the room. That's the cohort taking care of itself.

Payment plans are available — split into 2 or 3 installments at no extra cost. If even the Supported tier is out of reach and this cohort is genuinely calling you, write to me directly. There are a small number of pay-what-you-can spots held each round.

  • I hold containers that are warm, structured, and a little dangerous in the best way. People often tell me sessions feel both rigorous and tender — that they leave with real practices and with something rearranged inside.

I bring a decade of facilitation across thirteen countries, somatic and creative training, the IDG framework I live inside daily at Emerge Lakefront, and my own work composting hard things into material. I won't tell you what you already know. I won't perform certainty I don't have. I will pay close attention, ask better questions than you're used to, and trust you to do your own work — with company.

I'm playful when play is the medicine, and serious when seriousness is. I work in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

The container is small (twelve humans, max) because real change happens when people can be seen. The hour you spend here is meant to leave a mark.
