Emerge Lakefront, December 2025. The world lifted.
High-stakes facilitation for teams who need to move past polite consensus.
I design experiences that help groups hold what is difficult together.
Most teams fail not because they lack talent, but because they are too professional to name what is actually broken. They stay safe, they stay agreeable, and they stay stuck.
Using blindfolds, physical objects, and a methodology built on coherence over consensus, I create spaces where the thing nobody is saying gets said and the group gets stronger because of it.
This is not team-building. This is not a workshop where you fill in post-its and leave with a strategy deck nobody reads.

Traditional facilitation seeks consensus : agreement = safety, the loudest voice wins.
The Elephant moves teams toward coherence ,where every perspective reveals what it is protecting, and the group finds strength in interdependence.
1. The Blindfold. We begin in darkness. Before any conversation, the blindfolds go on. This removes visual hierarchy and titles, body language, status cues and lets the body process before the mind can argue.
2. The Dangerous Truth. We surface the thing everyone knows but nobody says. Not a venting session but a strategic audit. This is a safer space. Not comfortable, but held.
3. Differentiated Commitment. We don't end with a plan everyone pretends to like. We end with each person knowing what thread they are holding and trusting the others to hold theirs. Like a jazz ensemble, nobody plays the same notes, but everyone knows what key they are in.

But…What happens in the room?
People start naming the thing nobody was saying. And the group doesn't collapse. It gets stronger.
The person who always dominates gets quiet. The person who never speaks says the most important thing in the room.
Two people stuck in a deadlock suddenly see what the other is protecting, not just what they're arguing.
The team stops trying to agree and starts being able to move forward with disagreement. That is coherence.

The Elephant Session
Full day / up to 20 people / 20,000 SEK (excl. moms)
Starts with a pre-conversation with your team leader to identify the real friction point. The day includes the full embodied experience plus a structured session where your team works on your actual challenge using the coherence methodology.
What you leave with: A debrief document with insights, proposed strategies, and concrete next steps. Plus a 60-minute virtual follow-up two weeks later to check what stuck.
Best for: teams navigating change, organizations in transition, groups that keep having the same argument.
Creative Catalysis
90 minutes / 2,000 SEK (excl. moms)
For people navigating transitions, creative blocks, or the question "what am I actually building?"
Every session is different because every person is different. We work with conversation, embodiment, and creative exercises depending on what you need.
This is not therapy. This is not traditional coaching. This is someone who will sit with you in the complexity and help you find the thread and weave new tools to help you meet your own horizons.
The Deep Dive
Two days + follow-up / up to 20 people / 40,000 SEK (excl. moms)
Full immersion. Day one is sensing: uncovering what's really in the room. Day two is integration: translating what emerged into concrete commitments, new ways of working, and structures that hold.
What you leave with: A cultural roadmap with commitments and accountability framework. Includes a pre-conversation with leadership and two virtual follow-up sessions over the following month.
Best for: leadership teams making high-stakes decisions, communities designing governance, organizations serious about changing how they operate.
A note on skeptics
The skeptic is usually my favourite person in the room. They are the most authentic one there.
I don't need you to believe in the process. I need you to keep your critical eye and stay open to the experience. That tension, staying critical while staying present, is actually the whole practice.
You don't have to drop your perspective. You just have to stay in the room.
